Ronald “Ronnie” Bourgeois

Ronald “Ronnie” Bourgeois is the founder of Bass River Properties, to which he brings over 30 years of experience in residential sales, rentals and property management. He works closely with buyers, sellers, and investors, brokering property on Cape Cod.

A skilled communicator, Ronnie attributes his success in the industry to the amount of time and personal attention he devotes to his clients. He has an exceptional ability to discern the specific needs of his clients, and works tirelessly to fulfill those needs with the most appropriate property available. This is probably why the majority of his business is referral-based.

Ronnie focuses primarily on Mid-Cape Cod. He is a resident, a property manager, and an investor in the Mid-Cape, giving him extensive knowledge of the area. Ronnie graduated with a B.A.from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth in 1988. He was president of Cape Cod Property Owners Association from 2002 to 2010.

Jodi Redd

Rental and Sales Agent

Jodi was born and raised in Hyannis, and is a member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. She graduated from UMass Dartmouth in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Jodi earned her MA Real Estate License in 2006 and has been employed with Bass River Properties since 2005, with a 2 year hiatus 2009-2011.

Jodi wears many hats in the office. She is a sales agent for buyers and sellers. She is a rental agent who has signed hundreds of year-round rental contracts, and Jodi handles the day to day management of over 300 units owned and managed by Bass River Properties. She also oversees the accounting and coordinates maintenance staff and tenants, while communicating with owners. Jodi enjoys spending time with her Frenchie "Chase", family, friends and her Bass River Properties family.
