Ronald “Ronnie” Bourgeois
Ronald “Ronnie” Bourgeois is the founder of Bass River Properties, to which he brings over 30 years of experience in residential sales, rentals and property management. He works closely with buyers, sellers, and investors, brokering property on Cape Cod.
A skilled communicator, Ronnie attributes his success in the industry to the amount of time and personal attention he devotes to his clients. He has an exceptional ability to discern the specific needs of his clients, and works tirelessly to fulfill those needs with the most appropriate property available. This is probably why the majority of his business is referral-based.
Ronnie focuses primarily on Mid-Cape Cod. He is a resident, a property manager, and an investor in the Mid-Cape, giving him extensive knowledge of the area. Ronnie graduated with a B.A.from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth in 1988. He was president of Cape Cod Property Owners Association from 2002 to 2010.

Jennifer relocated to Cape Cod with her husband Peter, from Western Mass in 2006. Having retired from her long time employment at Strategic Information Services, she earned her Real Estate License in 2007. Jen Focuses on Sales and Year Round Rentals. In Sales her focus is primarily on First Time Home buyers, helping new buyers along the way with her 10+ years of experience. Some say her guidance in this process is 2nd to none. Jennifer will also work with you on listing your property for sale. In Rentals she oversees almost 100 Rentals per year.
Jennifer served her country in the Armed Forces during Vietnam. Once Discharged she earned her degree in Human Services from Springfield Technical Community College.

Rental and Sales Agent
Jodi was born and raised in Hyannis, and is a member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. She graduated from UMass Dartmouth in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Jodi earned her MA Real Estate License in 2006 and has been employed with Bass River Properties since 2005, with a 2 year hiatus 2009-2011.
Jodi wears many hats in the office. She is a rental agent who has signed hundreds of year-round rental contracts, and she handles with the day to day management of over 200 units owned and managed by Bass River Properties. Jodi oversees the accounting and coordinates maintenance staff and tenants, while communicating with owners. She is the smiling face who greets you when you walk into the office and the friendly voice who answers the phone when you call. Jodi enjoys her job and life.
Ted is a retired Attorney. He has had his real-estate License for 10+ years and is able to help you Buy or Sell a property.
David Burack has superior knowledge of the Mid-Cape area with over 40 years of experience as the proprietor of his own business. J. Gregory Milne
“Greg” Milne was born and raised in Hyannis, MA. Fascination with real estate began early. Greg’s father was a Professional Registered Land Surveyor, which provided a great introduction to zoning, conservation, sanitation and the myriad of issues of residential real estate development. Greg’s Mom ran a guest house near Veterans Beach in Hyannis. Hospitality and tourism became natural affinities, even as a kid. He earned a B.A. in Human Ecology ~ College of the Atlantic, Bar Harbor, Maine in 1991. Greg became a licensed realtor in 1986….at the time 18, the youngest in Massachusetts. Greg is an avid outdoors-man and salt water fanatic…swimming, boating and kayaking frequently.
Greg’s professional background is diverse. He is a certified high school social studies teacher in Massachusetts & Maine. He taught previously, in public and private schools…typically working with at-risk, and/or – behaviorally challenged youth. Greg was an elected – Barnstable Town Councilor – serving 3 terms from 1999 – 2011. He served on numerous committees on the local and county level for the past 16 years. He led the 7000 signature drive for a Charter Commission in Barnstable. Mr. Milne fought courageously for citizens constitutional rights in Barnstable Superior Court. Milne v. Hutchenrider, in which Greg and voters prevailed, is a precedent setting case published in Westlaw. Currently he is the Chairman of the Cape Cod Mosquito Control ~ Board of Commissioners, and, remains the longest serving member of the Executive Board of the Cape Cod Selectman and Councilors’ Association.
