Tenant Guarantee:

Bass River Properties will guarantee all tenants we provide for a period of six months after being paid full commission.

If our tenants leave, without just cause, we will search for new tenants for free! We are so confident of our tenants that we will even pay for the court cost (not legal) in the highly unlikely event of eviction proceedings. We firmly believe that each tenant we recommend has a high degree of integrity, moral standing and work ethic, in short the ideal tenant.

We apply the same comprehensive four point screening process to each of our many applicants. We review employment references thoroughly, as well as former landlord references. We also carefully examine the credit reports of all applicants, and lastly, we verify their income to insure that the rent is affordable and in their budget.

We have the fullest confidence that the tenants we find for you will be the correct ones. You have our guarantee
